Streaming Music

There are tons of apps and online links where you can find free music to download or stream. Some turn out to be free only during the free trial and then you are charged a monthly fee. There are ways, however, to listen to free music online. Here are some suggestions: Pandora - download the app or go to the website to listen to streaming radio. You choose the songs you like and Pandora gives you a playlist of those songs and other songs you may like. To use Pandora, create an account using your email address and a password. There are paid memberships available, but you can sign up for free to stream music. Spotify - great for streaming popular music and discovering new music. Keep track of what you’ve played, your favorite songs and build your own playlists. The free version contains ads. To go ad-free and have more features, you will have to pay $9.99/month. Amazon Music - Prime members and Amazon Music Unlimited subscribers get special perks but you can download and stream thousands of songs for free. SoundCloud - create a free account in order to download songs and use other features, although it isn’t required to stream free music online. iHeartRadio - a great website or app for listening to live radio stations, podcasts, news and playlists. An account isn’t required, but you can make one for free and save your stations and playlists. Downloads are not available. This is just a sample of available music online but it will get you started!
